Mr. Chacon began his recording and performing career in the 1950’s in Chile and is an important player in South America’s “Golden Age of Guitar”, having performed and recorded with artists such as Lucho Gatica, Chabuca Granda, Cholo Aguirre, Raúl Shaw and el Dúo Rey-Silva.
Over the past 50 years he has toured extensively throughout the Americas, amazing audiences with his virtuouso technique and mastery of a broad range of international styles.
His compositions were presented in many international festivals including the "Festival de la Canción de Viña del Mar", Chile."
